Half Marathon – 7:00 a.m.
10K – 7:50 a.m.
5K – 8:00 a.m.
Kid’s 1K Fun Run – 10:00 a.m.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
The course for both the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon are along the Coyote Creek Trail, and have been sanctioned by USA Track and Field. The course is flat and suitable for runners and walkers of any level.; Half Marathon and 10k courses will close at 12noon while the 5k will close at 9:30 a.m. If you are past this time, we ask that you go on to the side walk and obey all traffic laws.

TIMING
Timing will be provided by Synergy Race Timing. Your timing chip will be attached to the back of your bib. Please do not remove these as your times will not be recorded. Official race times will be posted within 24hrs of the race.

WATER STATIONS
Water stations will be provided on the course and at the start and finish area. Please view the course map for location of water stops.

PARKING
Free parking will be available at the Silver Creek Sports Plex (800 Embedded Way), Snap on Tools (5500 Hellyer Ave) and Celestica (5325 Hellyer Ave) . Please park in designated areas only. Volunteers will be on hand to direct cars to designated areas. Parking will be limited. We recommend carpooling, public transportation, riding a bike, getting dropped off or using other forms of transportation.

MEDICAL AID
Medical Aid will be available at the Start/Finish area. Should medical assistance be needed along the course, volunteers will be able to contact the Race Officials to attain medical aid.

ANIMALS/DOGS
We like all animals, however due to safety regulations, there are no animals allowed on the course.

STROLLERS
We love your kids, however due to safety regulations, we strongly discourage the use of strollers on the course. The trail will be used in both directions, as well as open to the general public. If you must bring your child along, please make sure to stay in the back, regardless of your pace to insure the safety of all participants.

MP3 PLAYERS/IPODS/MUSIC
We love music, and do not ban MP3 Players and iPod such items, however, if you do chose to use these, please make sure the volume is at a level where you can hear your surroundings.  It is your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the course.

WEATHER/CLOTHING
Please be sure to check the weather leading up to race day. Be prepared for warm or cold weather. And bring clothing for the Post Race Festival.
