In order for Race to the End of Summer to be a great successful event, we rely heavily on our volunteers.
All volunteers will receive a commemorative volunteer shirt, as well as snacks during your volunteer time period. Please fill out the form below and let us know where/when you would like to volunteer. We will do our best to accommodate your request. You will receive a confirmation email with your assignment and instructions a week before the your assignment.
The following are the dates and approximate times we will need volunteers.
- August 25th (Friday): Goodie Bag Stuffing; Location: TBD; Time: afternoon TBD
- Sept. 6th (Thursday): Packet Pick Up; Location: TBD; Time: Evening TBD
- Sept. 7th (Friday): Packet Pick Up; Location: TBD; Time: Evening TBD
- Sept. 8th (Saturday): Packet Pick Up; Location: TBD; Time: Evening TBD
- Sept. 9th (Sunday – RACE DAY): Areas for race day include: Set Up, Packet Pick Up, Course Marshalls, Aid/Water Stations, Parking Attendants, Strike/Clean Up; Location: Embedded Way, San Jose; Time: variety of shifts between the hours of 5am – 2pm.
